Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully repack your fountain using all original protective foam and structural inserts to prevent transit damage to the delicate components.

  Shipping and Logistics

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the crate or box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
